Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. I understand that I am purchasing a A-Onesys Trend Trading Course for one month training.
2. I further agree to and understand that course will not be prorated and fee is non-refundable.
3. I understand that my purchase is only for my individual, personal use.
4. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain a chart provider and associated real time "tick" data.
5. I further understand that A-Onesys Trend Trading methods, when applied correctly, will indicate general buying and selling opportunities and it is my responsibility to decide which, if any, signals to follow. I understand that the signals generated are not investment advice and I am proceeding on my own accord and take full responsibility for the actions I take on my behalf. I also understand that this is neither a solicitation nor an offer to Buy/Sell securities, futures or options. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those will be discussed in the course. The past performance of any A-Onesys Trend Trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. 7. I agree that I will not reproduce, sell, rent, auction, or teach any material included with this purchase whatsoever.

No part of the training may be reproduced or used in any form, or by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical including photocopying, mimeographing, recording, taping or for information storage and retrieval systems, nor may any part of the training materials be programmed for computer use, without expressed written permission from A-Onesys Trend Trading.
10. A-Onesys Trend Trading reserves the right to revoke the course granted under this purchase and to initiate legal action against any client who violates the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
11. I understand and agree that all sales are final, and no requests for refunds or returns. Since trading successfully depends on many elements including but not limited to a trading methodology and a trader's own psychology and discipline, A-Onesys Trend Trading does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee that the A-Onesys Trend Trading Course will be suitable or profitable for you.
12. I agree to indemnify, and hold A-Onesys Trend Trading, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including attorney's fees) resulting from (i) Your use, misuse or abuse of this Course, or (ii) Your use or misuse of any of our Training Materials, Videos, Indicators, Software, Live Chat Room that may result in a direct or indirect loss or liability.
13. I also understand that all videos, video and website content and software, if applicable is owned and copyrighted by A-Onesys Trend Trading and my course granted under this purchase confers no title or ownership in the above referenced materials and should not be construed as a sale of any right thereof.
